What participants say..

  • "The exercises are very helpful, and the key messages are now sinking in throughout the day to keep better posture or move in better ways... and of course some moves come out as I dance around the kitchen!"

  • " I especially love the Bollywood dancing - dancing has always been great medicine for me so it’s so good to dip a toe in a new style. Your cheery face and winning smile add to the joy."

  • "I have had some health issues this year and being able to join the online Zoom dance sessions has done wonders for me. I have not always had full mobility, so the chair exercises/dancing were fab, and I just did what I could."

  • "Your sessions helped with keeping me fit and aided my recovery."

  • "I love discovering new music, especially tunes that take me to warm, happy and exotic places around the world!"

  • "My sister suggested I go with her to an exercise class where you sit on a chair for 2/3 of the session. Count me in, I exclaimed. Well, what an eye opener! Gyrokinesis is a great way to exercise without the usual parameters and is completely different to any class I have done before."

  • "All I can tell you is that my body is more flexible, my energy levels have increased, and I look forward to every session."

  • "We are all ages, shapes and sizes with the occasional male thrown in for good measure, including my husband! You can also put in just the amount of effort that you decide is right for you on the day."

  • "I come away from each session feeling uplifted, fulfilled and ready to take on whatever the world throws at me next!"
